Our team has conducted hundreds of full subdivision designs, rezoning applications, land use determination, lot layouts, and various civil aspects of design and construction. 

Our Municipal team provides various specialised engineering services such as development site servicing, water service line design, fire line design, sanitary line design, sanitary lift station design, force main design, storm service line design, water sewer design, drainage design, septic line design, septic field design, storm water management, storm pond design, erosion and sediment control management, earth grade design, parking lot design, roadwork, road design and asset management. 

MJL’s Transportation Engineering team brings in over 25 years of experience on mega transportation planning and design projects. MJL’s Transportation team provides the services of highway corridor planning, traffic impact studies and assessments, transport modelling, multi-modal transportation planning, transportation feasibility studies, travel demand management, development planning, signal design and analysis, parking studies, transportation master plans, highway design, bridge engineering, road design and parking design.

We have designed and constructed numerous projects involving various City School Districts, the Ministry of Environment and the Department of Fisheries and Ocean.
